Senior Recruiter

Genome is a fully digital financial platform that delivers everything users expect from traditional banking, faster, safer, and online. We are a Lithuania-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving both businesses and individuals, primarily across the EU and beyond.

Our platform offers a wide range of services, including dedicated IBAN accounts, payment processing, currency exchange, and local and international transfers (SEPA and SWIFT). Clients can manage their finances through a smart, intuitive dashboard available on desktops and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Genome is looking for a Senior Recruiter!

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across technical and non-technical disciplines, focusing heavily on Product, Engineering, and Operations roles.
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define job profiles, establish selection criteria, and design tailored sourcing strategies for every role.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, niche channels, and creative search methods to source top passive talent and cultivate strong pipelines in the Fintech and digital banking spaces.
• Design and facilitate structured, engaging interview processes that leave every candidate with a fantastic impression of Genome, regardless of the outcome.
• Support our talent brand by sharing Genome’s story across LinkedIn and other social platforms to attract high-caliber inbound talent.
• Track essential metrics (such as time-to-hire and funnel conversion rates) to continuously refine and optimize our hiring workflows.

• You bring 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the Fintech, tech, or high-growth banking domains.
• You have a proven track record of finding talent across Lithuanian and broader European markets, with strong proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• You hold a genuine interest in emerging technologies, recruitment automation, and AI-driven approaches to modern sourcing.
• You possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to manage candidates and stakeholders confidently across international markets.

Compensation

Salary range: €2770 - €3200 gross monthly*

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
